How Jenny and I are Similar and Different
Authors Note: I wrote this essay to show that people can be alike or different and how your years of middle school are hard and easy.
Imagine a place where not everything is all cheerful. You find out one of your best friends are in the pops group (the popular people) and they don’t talk to you anymore. Some ware you have no place to sit at lunch and clicks are starting to form. That is what Jenny McAfee the main character goes through in the book how I survived middle school can you get an F in lunch By Nancy Krulik, that is why she is someone I can relate to and there are some differences in there to.
Jenny McAfee and I have many things in common. One of the things we have in common is that we have made many new friends and some are older than us and we hang with are old friends too. Another thing way we are similar is we hang out with are friends on most of the weekends. The last thing we have in common is that we are in the geek group so people talk about us.
We aren’t just alike we are different too. One of the few things that is different between me and her is she had first day of middle school and I had the best first day I have ever had. Another way we are different is Jenny changes what she wears baste off of what her pears wear and I wear what is comfortable to me and expresses who I am. The final thin that makes jenny and me different is that she gets advice from a wed sit instead of trusting her instincts to be herself.
That is how I am different and similar to the main character Jenny McAfee. Although Jenny changed herself she eventually realized that it is better to be yourself than someone ells. Now jenny love how she is gust how I love who i am too.
